My Mum is going through a really rough time at the moment and she is needing some extra TLC and I live over an hour away. I'd like to see about having someone prepare/cook meals for her and drop them off (or we can talk about you doing it at her place if that's going to be better.) I'm not sure for how long I need this, but I'd like to start with a couple of weeks. She has gut issues so there are restrictions on what she should be eating but I have the same issues so can fill you in and also have some recipes you can make (which aren't difficult). Basically its clean healthy food with no 'additives' so no bottled sauce type stuff. Please let me know what you can offer, and if we can just start with something on here and connect from there to discuss the rest. As a side note, if there's also anyone out there who would be interested in just going for coffee with her etc, she just needs some extra support at the moment. She's an extroverted 70 yr old who comes across much younger than her age.
