I am looking to take on a new cleaner to my team for 2025. You will be guaranteed a minimum of 6 hours per week & during peak periods could get up to 15 hours + Must work weekends, have own equipment & able to travel between Labrador & Surfers Paradise. Starting at $230 cash p/week for the 6 hours then paid at $40 p/h after (not including travel time between units) I will be working with you to train you in what’s required initially then you must be able to complete the tasks on your own. Experience in hotel/holiday cleaning a bonus but not essential. Please do not apply as a company who is wanting to send different staff.

The task involves pulling everything out, sorting it, and then putting it back in a more organised way. The storage cage contains a mix of items—from home goods, clothes to art, chairs, all kinds :/ so there’s quite a variety. Since we’ve downsized from a house to an apartment, there’s a fair bit to manage. Ideally, I need someone who’s reasonably strong, as some items may require a bit of lifting. There’s a large bin just outside the complex for anything that needs to be discarded, and I’ll provide storage boxes and other organising supplies to make the process smoother. Family member has been struggling with mental health issues for some time but is now receiving help in hospital. Their house has not been cleaned for some time. We want to get everything sorted before they return. There is a large amount of rubbish stacked in the kitchen which. Will need to be taken away as it will be too much to go in the wheelie bins. Will need the dishes done as well as it seems every plate fork and knife is siting in the sink. Otherwise the house just needs a good clean. Only the downstairs needs cleaning as the upstairs apparently has been used at all. The area to be cleaned is a large open plan lounge, kitchen and dining room plus toilet and entry way. I will be at the house from 10.00 am to get the lawns done and can let you in then. There are cleaning supplies at the house but I cannot say what is there.

Hello! We are getting new carpet laid in our 4 bedroom home (only bedrooms) and require 2 men to dismantle (or partly) 1 bed in each room and move to living room, carry 2 chest of drawers, 3 bedsides & 1 small child’s makeup vanity out of the rooms while the carpet is being laid. We would then like as the carpet is finished in each room for the furniture to go back in place and the beds to be reassembled as they go. The carpet people arrive at 7am so would ideally like someone here at 6 to start so it’s all ready to go when they arrive. They told me it will take them 2 hours so I’d imagine it would be a 3-4 hour job maybe less for 2 people. Thanks

Only the fridge and the freezer. Freezer is generally not very bad. Fridge had been malfunctioning for a while so has molds and bugs.
