The essential stuff is helping to clean-up / tidy after our morning rush, clean kitchen, put clean clothes away, drop-off laundry, general tidying etc …. but for the right person could extend to other tasks such as meal planning, food preparation, weekly house clean. The full list of housekeeping tasks are: > Clean kitchen bench – tidy kitchen bench, put food away, wipe down surfaces, empty and refill dishwasher, put dishes away > Clean stove – wipe over, remove crumbs and spills, oil splatters (not deep clean!) > Rubbish – empty kitchen bin and re-line, empty main bin or recycling if needed on the day > Dining table – Wipe dining table and placemats, set table for dinner > Kids toys – put toys, crafts, books away in lounge room or bedrooms as required. > General tidy – general tidying / organising of living spaces, especially dining/kitchen/lounge > Laundry – Hang clean washing out (as required), drop-off dirty laundry at laundromat (sometimes), take dry washing off our line, put away clean clothes (this is a big one for us, and may need doing on every visit) > Beds – Make beds (every time), Change linen (monthly) > Plants – Water indoor plants (weekly) > Online supermarket shop – We would provide the list and access to our account > Meal prep – Eg cut up vegetables for dinner or kids snack We have provided these lists as a general guide, but would love to have someone onboard who takes initiative; someone that sees the mess / clutter and can get on with the tasks around our home. I would like my fish tank professionally cleaned which would involve cleaning the glass, vacuuming the gravel and cleaning the two canister filer pumps and partial water change. One is currently not working because I have not put it back together correctly, but not missing any parts. The tank is pretty clean currently as per pics taken today. Not more than 3- hours of work (max). I have all of the cleaning supplies if you don't have these items. Size of tank- 163 x 55 x 53. Pics are of current state of tank.

Hi there! I'm getting ready to move up north and I'd like some help decluttering and organising my space and getting items up on marketplace/ depop to sell. I work from home Wednesdays and Fridays Tasks include: - sorting through cosmetics and medicine drawers to toss and organise items - putting winter stuff away in pack down bags - decluttering and making decisions on clothes - organising electronics and stuff for hobbies - tossing books - taking photos and putting clothes on depop and items on market place - And doing a general tidy in the aftermath, vacuuming etc. I'm looking to have this done by the 23 of November. Client is autistic with specific food preferences/ sensitivities so attention to detail is important. If a good fit, looking to make this a weekly occurrence. Meals need to be prepared in the home, but you will have exclusive / private access to the fully equipped kitchen and you’re welcome to bring any of your own utensils! Can be flexible with date, but prefer asap. Also happy to negotiate price reasonably.
