Want to get my apartment cleaned relatively soon. It got pretty bad, and it's now too much for me to deal with. 3 rooms - a bedroom, office space, and the living room combined with the kitchen. Cleaners in the past have managed to get this all done in one hour, photos attached. I plan to have all the food waste removed and clothes picked up before anybody comes in, so you need to worry about anything truly gross. I need someone to help with our airbnb property located in Rivervale by doing all the things that I usually do (as we will be living over east). Please note i will be communicating in full with the guests and taking the bookings and this is not a cleaning job as we have permanent professional cleaners however some light cleaning duties are included.We will give you the dates and times months in advance - please note that some dates may change or more dates be added depending on bookings so someone who is flexible.You will arrive at the house immediately after the guests have checked out and before the cleaners have arrived. You will tidy up any dishes guest may have left out, strip the beds and place the linen in a large bag (at the end of the shift you will drop this bag of linen to Vic Park to the laundry company and collect the previous laundry and drop back to the house). You will check the house for cleanliness and report to me how the house was left (there will be a booklet with a checklist), remove any food left in fridge and check expiration dates on any condiments in fridge and pantry, empty bins, wipe over fridge and microwave, restock toilet paper, restock hand soaps, shampoo etc, place new towels in bathrooms, check furniture is in the correct places, tidying the kitchen cupboards making sure pots and pans are clean and everything is neat the linen and kitchen cupboards, topping up tea and coffee, leaving out guest hamper.Sometimes it may take you an hour to do these tasks other days it might take you 3+ hours depending on what needs doing.  Just general tidying and making sure everything is in its place for the next guests and reporting everything back to me so I know its running smoothly. Hi, i am over 8 months pregnant. I live in a super small 1 bedroom apartment. I had boxes delivered tp me from my storage until amd i dont have the energy to take things put and put them away as i get short of breath easiely and i am suffering severe upper abdominal separation.
