We are looking for a regular cleaner/property manager who is able to help with changeovers for at Lyndhurst(ongoing) 4 Bedroom, 2 Bath. Typically the property has 1-2 changeovers per week,with each changeover involving approximately 2-3 hours of work. Work hours are generally 11am - 3pm, 7 days per week (often on weekends). We have clutter in almost every drawer and cupboard of the house, including in the garage, bedroom cupboards, kitchen drawers, and I just can’t seem to get organized. I have adhd and bad burnt out right now, but the mess is stressing me even more. I need help to get this sorted. My plan is to find someone for a 4 hour sort and tidy initially, and then we can book in extra times from there. Could do it 2 hours a time over two days if that’s better. My elderly father is having to sell his lovely two storey 'townhouse' to move into a retirement village due to declining wellbeing/health, after his wife (my mum) died last year 🙁 We need to *tidy* and *declutter* belongings sitting on surfaces like tables, shelves, floor, and displayed around the house, so it looks great for the real-estate sales photography. ## If you are fan on minimal clutter and mess, and you are awesome at packing for a move then this is the job for you !!! ______ I figure the basic outline of how we'd do it is: 1. We have packing boxes that will be numbered, separate boxes if items going to new house or not. 2. Notepad with numbered pages to write what is carefully wrapped and packed into each box, from where. 3. Digital photos of each surface/crowded area tidied before pack (so we can identify what was where, to map to boxes 😉 ) 4. Should be either 1, 3, or 5 items left on each space tidied, and then given a dust/wipe over so looks dust-free (will provide mr sheen, spray n wipe, cloths, etc as required). 5. Boxes to be stacked in garage against wall, 6. Tidy and vacuum the area have been working, so the dust and bits of paper, tape, etc aren't unsightly or a trip hazard. 7. Check over all tidy, and looks ok for the real-estate photography 🏡 📸 * you are not doing vacate clean, just tidy 😉 🎉 Not an expert in this, just a son helping his elderly/disabled dad to live a safe/better life, as their needs change over time 😢 ______ The area is the Lakeside development, and is one of the multi-townhouse builds that all look the same and have a body-corporate, garden & balcony overlooking the lake, with attached double garage, etc IYKYK the type I'm talking about ... photos indicative only. DVA and MyAged Care clean the place on Tue arvos, so they'll do secondary clean. Looking to complete in one day on Monday 💸

Jackie did a great job, and was able to be left to just get the right results for what we wanted. Five-stars, would use again 👍
