Hi! We are looking for a reliable housekeeper to do a number of housekeeping tasks. We have two young children (2yo and 4yo) and need some help with the house to keep us organised and in a good state! We have just bought a new house and our current housekeeper can’t travel to our new suburb anymore. We need someone 2 days a week for 3-4 hours (total about 6-8 hours per week, but would likely go up if we find the right person!) on an ongoing basis. Obviously this would change depending on the tasks you perform. We would prefer in the morning, but can be any time before 5pm on Monday - Thursday. Tasks include; - General tidying up; E.g. picking up toys, emptying the dishwasher, putting clean clothes away and putting shopping away in cupboard/fridge - Regular light cleaning; E.g. loading dishwasher, wiping down sides and emptying bins - Laundry; hanging out washing, and folding and putting it away Potential future additional tasks if you’re interested.: - Cooking simple meals for the freezer / fresh for the children - Picking up children from pre-school (walking distance from the house) Proposed rate: $40/hr, negotiable for the right person. Down 1 short set of stairs and then down a steep ish driveway Would potentially need two strong people and maybe a trolley that can hold a solid amount of weight. I have three wooden storage containers at a long term storage facility. They are poorly packed with much space left. I need them repacked properly leaving only two containers. This means unpacking the boxes in the containers, and repacking them to use the space better. I have a heavy metal dolly and small stepladder to assist. Most of the boxes are light enough for one man to lift. Two men for the larger ones. The airtasker - must be strong and able to lift and move boxes from one space to another. (they will be next to each other so no truck is needed) - understand the heavier items must be on the bottom, so as not to crush the boxes when they are stacked - have a good eye for packing tightly to use the all the space available. (Imagine playing Tetris) The containers are at a long term storage facility in the industrial area off Old Pittwater Rd in Brookvale. Parking is available. I will be present, offering direction and advice. For example discarding an old plastic shelving usint taking up space, The job will take two to three hours max.
