Hello there, I need a gardener to do a general tidy up of a small front and back yard. I need someone who doesn’t need instructions, but can get in there and just get things done. I have young kids and I just don’t have time to maintain my outdoor areas. Job would include sweeping front and back door ways and just maintaining my outdoor areas and garden. I’d also feel more comfortable with a female. $30 p/hour

Would like someone to clear out the shed. It is a ‘dump zone’ so things will need to be sorted into different piles that I can go through with the kids and sort the placement/where to of items

Due to health issues, I need help with relatively easy jobs that I would have done myself until now. So I have small tasks including minor paint jobs, moving furniture across room, etc. Work hours are generally from lunchtime onwards for 4 hours and payment includes fees.

However I have two specific (and unusual) requirements: 1- I need someone who doesn't also clean hospitals, nursing homes or other medical facilities (or use cleaning tools used in these facilities). 2- I need someone who doesn't sweat a lot as I've got a particular issue with sweat residues left on surfaces. I require a cleaner for 3 hours per week. For the moment I'll be home Monday so the cleaning can be done 2pm-5pm every week. This will involve all household cleaning plus some ironing and laundry at times. Most of the time it will be recurring items like mopping and vacuuming floors, cleaning bathrooms, doing dishes.
