My father in law is moving to a nursing home and has a one bedroom unit on the FIRST level in Claremont that needs fully cleaned out. He has lived in the unit 15years and it is jam packed with stuff. It is on the FIRST FLOOR and in an apartment complex, so one flight of stairs, and everything inside will need to be packed up taken to a skip bin down stairs (there is a small lift onsite also but won’t fit larger items) - we will arrange and pay the skip bin and trolleys - everything needs to go, furniture, books, anything in cupboards etc. He has essentially been hoarding and it’s relatively tidy but very very packed. We estimate it could take 2-3 days to do this task and would need to be done before the skip bin hire is up (5days hire). We can meet onsite this Thursday 20th Feb to look at the job and what is required. I cannot get photos before then. I think two people could do it, there’s fridge and beds that need to be moved and so would require some strength and fitness

Hello, due to health conditions, I am on a relatively strict diet, which is known as the 'Bi Phasic SIBO diet'. I am looking for someone who can prepare the following meals for me each week. This would include sourcing the ingredients, which I am happy to pay for, or if not I am able to do so myself as I live close to a fresh food market and have them ready for you to collect with all the containers to then prep them in your own kitchen and drop back. Due to dietary restrictions, a lot of the food is required to be snap-frozen once made up, so the aim would be to collect and add straight into my freezer. This will be an ongoing weekly arrangement for at least the next 3 months for those interested, with the possibility of longer. Each week I would be looking at the following: - 7 x breakfasts - eggs, hashbrowns, rocket - 7 x lunches - various recipes I have on deck, but it is generally quite simple - 7 x smoothies (recipe on hand for it) - 7 x afternoon snacks (recipe on hand for it) - 7 x dinners The fee is negotiable and is listed only using your labour as I will pay for all the ingredients. 2 small storage sheds need to be emptied, swept and then rubbish removed to front verge in time for bulk pickup the week after. I will cull with you and nominate which stuff can go. Items I want to keep will need to be repacked in a logical manner, labelled and stowed back in appropriate shed. I estimate 3 hours labour. No heavy or dangerous objects just household junk that has accumulated over the years. I will have lidded storage crates and labels to facilitate as well as a blower to blow all the dust out. No rodent infestation but I suspect a few angry spiders about to be dispossessed. Would prefer it close to or on Thursday 30th January as the council requires my bulk rubbish doesn’t sit on the verge for more than a few days plus verge crawlers don’t always clean up after themselves in pursuit of treasure.

Requesting a quote (and an hourly rate for intial trial) to declutter a 4x2 home which includes kitchen and laundry room. Organise each room for better functionality, and be easy to maintain and clean. Prefer a decent clean before organising/ putting things back which I can do with own supplies. Preference for the provider with decluttering experience, super organised and efficient but also considerate and patient with client.
