Our mother is in retirement living and my sister and I both live far away (Armidale and Germany). Then the soil needs to be redistributed with some paving sand as well ( i will have this ready to go) then you need to put the pavers into the frame spot you've just dug out. This is what I will require: Fridge to be turned off, fully emptied, and cleaned Some dishes to be washed and dried I don't want to throw everything away, so I will require you to sort out what can be donated, bag those separately, and donate them in your own time Not everything in the pantry is mine, so you will need a working phone with clear video calling capability (or at least ability to take high quality photos) for me to help sort through the items with you. Rubbish to be bagged and disposed of in the bins near the front door. Bed to be stripped and any linen to be folded and bagged for donation as well. Once everything is cleared, I will need the whole studio cleaned (including the bathroom). Should include vacuuming AND mopping, including wiping down of surfaces. I will send a housemate to inspect the apartment once you leave, so please ensure you do a thorough job. Estimated time this task will take is 3 hours, as the studio is quite small.
