Installation of strip LED pendant light

I want a ceiling light installed in my living room. There is a bit of technical challenge. 1. There is no manhole to access the ceiling. The roof is flat. 2. There is no existing point. 3. The light weighs 3.6 kg. 4. There is probably a wire between the two ceiling fans which can be utilised to power up. Both fans and light (to be installed) are remote controlled. 5. You might need a longer tongue to check truss. Or access from the roof.

Security lights to be supplied and installed rear and sides of the house. A set of two at the centre of the backyard area and one each down both sides of the house. I will not be supplying the lights. Maintenance of external ceiling fans and security lighting at the front of the house. The fans both have issues with remote operation. The front lights have an issue with the PIR sensor.

So have lights already wired up and currently just normal lightbulb fittings ( see pic ). Provisions made in the ceiling for weight (although my lights are quite light ) 1 small chandelier 3 light pendants 1 lamp shade for ceiling - rope Install flood light - don’t have - not sure what is needed to buy. Also which globes best for lights ? Advice Need gas oven reconnected , Plumber has done his thing . Also 2 wireless cams to be installed ( I did buy 1 solar panel so battery shouldn’t need replacing )

Just installed a small skylight in my room. Painting needed after plastering. Might need to sand it before painting. Was told need gap filler for one of the side of skylight. Wish to have the paint include. Pls advise how would you do the job eg. How many layers, how many days, what kind of paint or what brand you need to use, how many workers, work procedures, will you include cleaning and rubbish disposal etc etc. Wish to commence work first week of Nov.
