The light weighs 3.6 kg. 4. There is probably a wire between the two ceiling fans which can be utilised to power up. Both fans and light (to be installed) are remote controlled. 5. You might need a longer tongue to check truss. Or access from the roof.

The indicative tasks are on a day-hire basis. There is more work beyond the list that can be discussed. 1. Review available parts after job acceptance, I will send the inventory list & photos.   2. Install a flush-mounted 17m LED strip in the ceiling recess. Strip Profile, LED, controller, and transformer are available. 3. Install of 2 x Ceiling Fans 4. Install of 1 x indoor GPO 5. Replace / Install of 1 outdoor Light Fixture, 1 indoor light fixture 6. Assess available power for each phase in MCB to put a future EV charger Parts will be provided, consumables & tools will be yours. Indicative Consumables/Tools - Screws for LED Strip Mounting, Laser Level, Nogging Detector, transparent paintable caulk, Suitable saw to cut Aluminium strip profile, ladder to access 3m high ceiling All days including weekends are fine by me if they are with you.
