Old carpet and underlay has already been removed. Lino flooring now needs to be laid in the kitchen, living area and bedroom. Work must be conducted by someone who can provide an invoice from a licensed contractor. Lino will be pre purchased. Very small unit. Approx 50sqm

Need this tear in the lino floor repaired.

Rip up old Lino and dispose of and lay tiles on the floor and around the bathtub/shower floor will need to be smoothed down so tiles are flush I will provide tiles

Needing an affordable flooring installed into a 1 bedroom granny flat 28 square meters. Thinking of putting in sheet Lino (we just need it cut to size and laid without glue). Would also like the sheet lino to be sourced if you know of an affordable Lino that would work well. Widest point of the granny flat is 342cm so a sheet of 4m would work well. All the Lino has been pulled up (the photo shows the old Lino still in the bedroom). Had to pull out old Lino due to a tenant that had been smoking in there for 15 years so had to pull everything out to try find the sources of the nicotine smell.
