Glass door has been difficult to slide for several weeks. Friend said rollers need replacing. The door is also difficult to lock but this could be associated with the rollers.
Jim did a really good job fixing our sliding door (that had stopped sliding). He had excellent communication skills and was punctual. He was professional and also friendly. We now have a door that glides easily and that can now be locked. Very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend Jim.
