i need someone to replace this lock.

need to add locks to these two storeroom doors. So that we have access via keys

Hi I have 3 locks needing replacing after moving into new house, see pics Lock 1 just needs lock replaced, door can open. Lock 2 is a euro cylinder on screen door. It is currently locked close and I do not have a key. I did remove the handle to try and fix myself so only the cylinder needs replacing. Lock 3 is the main front door dead lock. I would like to replace with a smart lock. Preferably aqara u100 or u50. If you could let me know if this would be compatible? If so, I will purchase the lock and ask you to install. Balcony door is stuck. I suspect the sliding door roller need to be replaced as the balcony door is now sitting almost flushed against the bottom. I am happy to run down to bunnings to get the roller for someone to come in to replace, but will need guidance on which part to grab. Will want it done asap located on st kilda road melbourne.
