We have 3 internal doors that have a lock and handle. We want to replace them with a new handle (which has a pin lock so no lock bolt needed) But the latch does not match up with the holes on door. So internal part of the door needs new wood put in, then new holes created. Then the door handle can be put in. Also the strike plate area will need to be patched correctly.

I want to change to door lock in the bedrooms so they can be locked from the outside. Would be for 2 bedrooms, and would prefer the person to buy the new door lock, as in past experiences we purchased the wrong type of lock, so would be good to come have a look beforehand. Set up a AU$10 to minimize fee, but happy to pay a fair price.
