Find professional lock installation in St Kilda VIC

I need help fixing or replacing a broken window latch handle on my casement window which opens half upon turning the main handle below and as one out of 2 locks on my window is broken, i can’t open the window. The handle is broken and needs to be reattached or replaced. 1st pic is of broken one 2nd pic is of the second lock that is intact and works perfectly fine. Need the broken one to look like that!

Lost car key, need replacement made asap

I got a car in St Kilda that according to RACV guy needs a new barrel and corresponding key. It’s a 2000 Ford Mondeo ST-24. I basically parked and now steering wheel is locked and no matter how much steering wheel turning and key turning I do, the ignition key won’t turn. Car battery is fine. I therefore need a new ignition barrel replacement and corresponding key/s. Thank you for your consideration.
