i’d like extra privacy and would like a key based lock so i can lock from the outside (i.e no one can enter without a key once i lock it). Would be nice to be able to lock from inside so i can remain unbothered in my room however this isn’t required. There’s an existing lock mechanism but it is faulty and needs replacing but ive attached photos of it anyway to show there’s an exisiting keyhole and lock stub section

Believe door handle can be locked from inside however doesn’t work anymore. Need to install a lock or change the door handle/ lock to one which can be locked from inside. Need to be done on Sunday afternoon 16th March as this is a rental place and I am not there all the time.

I renovated my apartment recently and installed a sliding bathroom door on an external rolling rail. However the door has large gaps on both sides and doesn’t lock so this is not ideal as a bathroom door. I need someone to come get rid of the rail and install this as a traditional door with hinges and install a door knob. I have added an image of the door knob I have already purchased. I just need someone to supply hinges and install this as a traditional door. Can I also ask if you can purchase 2 additional door knobs exactly the same from Bunnings and renew the door knobs on the 2 bedroom doors. I am currently located in London so my tenants in the apartment will let you in and help in any way necessary.

Hi there Your task is to replace 2 old locks with new locks. I kinda know how to install them properly but I don't have the tools and the experience to do it nicely. You need to drill two new horizontal holes and enlarge the central hole to fit the new lock lever in. The new lock is not working perfectly as shown in the photos. You don't need a locksmith license to finish the task but you need to finish it nicely. Free parking will be provided.
