I need a locksmith, the door has two separate issues that need attention: the chamber is not securely latching when the door is closed and needs to be fixed. Additionally, we need a new deadbolt installed for extra security.

Hi there, I require 1 door to be replaced. It will be an internal door as it is under cover on both sides. I have attached pics of the door. It is just a simple door as you can see in the pics. This job is to come to the house, take measurements of the door, buy a cheap door and transport it to the house, install the new door and take the old one away. The house is going to be sold, so just a cheap door will do. You can have a look at the existing door when you come to measure, so you will know what type of door to buy. I will pay separately for the cost of the door when you give me the purchase docket. Please make sure you have a vehicle that can fit the door and all the necessary tools to install it. Thank you.
