Find and experienced emergency locksmith in Caulfield South

We have 2 glass sliding doors. One seems to have problems with the rollers and jams. Both have problems closing the lock.

Need to install a eufy wifi smart door lock over current old lock. See pic of existing lock

I need a locksmith or experienced handyman to replace or repair the lock(s) on my garage entrance door. The door is a standard timber entrance door located on the side of the garage. There are two locks: An old-style lock on the door itself, similar to a skeleton or wardrobe key. It's difficult to use and requires forcibly pushing the door to lock and unlock. A lock on the doorknob that doesn't work but could potentially be repaired and used as the primary lock. Please assess both locks and provide a recommendation on whether to repair the doorknob lock or replace the old-style lock with a new, standard key lock. The chosen solution should be secure, reliable, and easy to operate.
