My balcony key broke and is stuck in the door, need to get it out

My current door handle has broken. I need the broken one taken off and the new one installed. I’ll provide the new door handle but you’ll need to bring your own tools.

I need a locksmith to remove a barrel lock from the outside of the door of my apartment asap

Our front door lock catch is sticking, making it difficult to lock and unlock the door. This likely happened due to the door shifting in the recent hot weather. We’re looking for a skilled handyman or locksmith to assess and adjust the lock catch so the door functions smoothly again.

Install smart deadbolt. Currently there is no deadbolt. I just need someone to install the hardware under the existing lock. I can program the lock once installed. Will require drilling and chiseling door jam.

We have 2 glass sliding doors. One seems to have problems with the rollers and jams. Both have problems closing the lock.
