I’ve lost my car keys to the 2016 BMW X5 I have and need someone to make/get me a new one. It can’t be unlocked via key-the car senses the keys being in the car and turns on as you press the ‘On/off’ button. Accepting all offers as I am aware that this is a big job.

Keys are locked in my car. After someone to help get them out ASAP.

Commercial office door located in Sydney CBD with 30 min parking available. Issue: pneumatic door closer, ie gas strut, inside the door frame. Normally require swipe to enter but at the moment door is unable to consistently stay locked. Experienced and reliable handyperson please. Please see photos for reference.

Abloy key won't insert into lock. It goes in less than 1cm and won't go in any further. I have the key but it doesn't work. Same with the spare. Door is currently locked shut. Job located opposite Town Hall - Due date: Before Thursday, 14 July 2022

Hi, The mechanism on our toilet door locks seems to be broken/loose. The lock turns around in circles but the mechanism doesn't come out so door is unable to lock properly. Appreciate it if someone could come to take apart and fix/replace it asap. - Due date: Before Friday, 4th Mar 2022

My letterbox lock is malfunctioning. When key is inserted into the keyhole, it doesn’t respond. It is stuck, have attempted to use WD40 spray to lubricate lock with no change.

I need a qualified licensed locksmith to: 1. Install a new Yale Assure SL (YRD256) deadbolt (I supply) to an existing non-standard size timber door that is approximately 65mm thick. - A tail/spindle and screw set extension is required for this door. - No existing deadbolt on door - existing handle / lock to remain Alternatively, possible modify / route door to fit lock. 2. On the same door, I need to repair the lock latch, which will not retract when you push close the door. It will only retract when you use the lever handle. 3. Rekey exist garage door knob lock. 4. Install Yale Assure Lever (keyed) YSL216 to existing standard size door to replace existing key knob set and remove existing deadbolt (& if possible to cover it)
