Research and Install a Numerical Code Lock on Outdoor Gate. I like the look of McGrath locks. We need a lock installed on our outdoor gate that can be opened with a numerical code. It can either be a smart lock or a mechanical key lock, as long as it is: • Weatherproof (or somewhat resistant to outdoor conditions) • Automatically locks when the gate shuts You will need to remove the existing lock and install the new lock in the same location. Please not that aesthetics are very important to us, so will play a big part in deciding on the lock. Photos of the current lock and gate are attached for reference. Currently locked out of my garage with keys inside, basic 6-7 pin lock.

Two seperate door handles were poorly installed recently, and now they regularly break/lock people inside their rooms. One has now broken off on one side. Looking for a handyman to fix both of these door handles/reinstall them correctly.

Our front door deadlock is loose from outside hence it's a bit difficult to open. You have to stick your key in, then hold the round thing on the lock, then you gently turn the key to open Our 2 internal doors made of brass seem to jam and have to do several turning and twisting and hope to get some luck before it opens

I have new Ultraloq U-Bolt Pro WiFi deadbolts I want to install and either de-key or replace the existing handles with keyless handles, do the deadbolts are the only locks. There aren't currently any deadbolts installed. The only complication is that both door jams are metal, so may require some cutting to install the deadbolt receptacles. - Due date: Before Tuesday, 9 January 2024
