Need 2 looks fixed for my security door as they won’t lock

When we moved into our place just over a year ago we had the back fence replaced and the handy man also installed a lock. We have now found that we are unable to turn the key and unlock from our backyard side and we are seeking someone very experienced with locks to repair or replace our lock.
