My garage door lock seems to be jammed. The key turns but I can't move the handle. I need someone to fix it or change the lock. You would need to go buy parts.

I'm looking for a carpenter/ locksmith who has experience working with smart locks. I have a Samsung smart lock and I'm not happy with it because it doesn't have a handle and the door doesn't close by itself, you need to keep holding it in order to lock.
