Sliding door lock cannot be unlocked from the outside after being locked. Locked has been detached from the lock unit.

We have an internal doorway that we need to block off as we are expecting our first baby -- and have two very curious cats! The doorway is 80cm x 207cm. It does not have a lock installed.
