Two slightly different issues: 1. Replace deadbolt and door handle (I will supply). This will include drilling a new strike plate hole as the current door doesn't have one. It has a hole for a deadbolt and door handle though. 2. Fix window that won't open. Not sure why the window won't open. The photo with the cat is of the window in question. Happy to take more photos if that will help you quote.

Locksmith required to install provided pin / digital security lock supplied from Bunnings. Need advice, can’t find mortise locks can only find rim locks, please advise on suitable options Door is solid and 45mm thick. As can be seen the latch plate has been removed, existing lock does not work with strike plate in place. Happy to receive offers to include supply of digital lock and for Locksmiths to come and give me a price.
