I have an existing mortise lock, would like to install an Aqara A100 smart lock. I need someone who has good experience installing this lock as it's quite involved. Please also advise if this is possible with my current door setup. Door thickness: approx. 38mm Distance between door and security screen: approx. 72-75mm

Current door handle doesn’t work, could you please quote to replace with suitable door handle? Please see photos. If you can reinstall the same door handle (which is an old mechanism) that would be great. Also swing door is jammed and needs to be filled down to close. Multistacker glass sliding door is not aligned. The last door catches on the middle door and need to push it to close. I assume the rollers are fine.

Our front door handle latch is stuck in the out position and will not retract. One of the screws attaching the door handle to the door has a worn out head. The locking bolt for the door is also not aligning with the hole. We also have two bedroom winder windows that are stuck in the locked position.

The door funiture on our back door is old and has broken. Would like to replace the whole lock and handle with a more modern set. Happy with a generic lockable handle, nothing fancy.

I believe the lock is a Lockwood Double Cylinder 355 Deadlock - it's brand new and installed by a local locksmith. When the knob is in the position shown in the attached photo, it cannot be opened from the outside. My mum is elderly and she doesn't always put the knob in the horizontal fully closed position, which means we can't get into the house. Would like a locksmith or carpenter who would know why the above is occurring and then fix it. - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 18 December 2023
