I have three doors that need changing the locks for new ones, and we have a stuck window that needs work on. 1. Door needs old lock replaced for new one as the lock is faulty, bottom lock of the two on door only. (picture 1) 2. The lock is in the stuck shut position and I don't know what we had some tenants and god knows how/what they did to it. Somehow the entire lock has come off, but it is still stuck. (picture 2/3) 3. Is a bit more straight forward it needs a lock change/replacement. (picture 4) 4. Is a window. The lock on the window is a plastic lock which has snapped and the window as a result cannot be opened. This will need to be fixed so that it is functional again.(picture 5 I am putting a low price on so that you can make a fair offer so don't think the cost is me being unreasonable in expectations. You will need your own tools and will need to additionally purchase parts (which will of course be reimbursed on provision of receipts) - Due date: Flexible
