Someone has taken my car key, so have no way of getting into car. Price to cut key and a spare Fiat 500c 2008

Locked out of apartment. Please help.

We have two broken door handles: 1. Back door handle has snapped off and will need replacing. 2. Bathroom door can be opened from the outside, but locks us inside. We recently replaced the handle but we are still having the same issue. Photos attached.

My kid lost the keys for his Mitsubishi Colt. Car is unlocked, but needs a key cut for ignition & door locks. Needs to be keyed alike. Timing flexible. Currently the key turns, but the bolt does not always fully retract - thus the door will often not open. I am looking for a quote to repair the lock. Please also advise if you are able to supply and install a new lock on the day (in the event the current lock is damaged and unable to be repaired). Please also specify this cost.
