Rear door handle and lock not working.

Two door handles require replacing. The lock barrel doesn’t fit into the existing hole so needs to be expanded to fit the handles.

I want to change my lock to smart lock, probably will be CTX530. Please send me the quote for installation only. The Strate needs the licence of the tradesperson and quotation to install the lock to confirm it will be installed in accordance with the fire regulations.

Need 2 deadlatch locks installed on 2 apartment unit doors, wooden doors. Includes removal of previous locks and installation of new ones. The new locks are Lockwood 001 Touch Plus, already purchased.

Whatever is the most economical/ affordable. Sliding door needs a new lock per the attached photos. Can be relocated to the top of bottom of the door to save costs, I.e. simple bolt locks Please include lock hardware in your quote

Broken sliding door lock needs replacing. Wooden frame, will require new lock being supplied, may need some wooden hardener / resin to reinforce the piece in the door frame. Needs to be done today Monday 9th September

Unlock apartment internal door

Remove existing apartment door, install new fire rated door (that I will provide), install mortice lock in new door and mount new Schlage Omnia smart lock. Painting of the door is not required.
