We have a door with an August Smartlock on it. We are currently renting our place out as an AirBnB and someone extended the lock and smashed it into the door jamb, this has slightly misaligned the deadbolt so it can be opened with a bit of force manually, but won't work with the smartlock anymore as it just catches the metal plate. I think the deadbolt/plate could be fixed but it might need replacing. The model of the deadbolt is the Brava Urban Deadbolt if it needs replacing. We have the August WiFi 4th generation Smartlock on the inside, which you would need to recalibrate after fixing/replacing the deadbolt. Job is in Templestowe Lower and looking to have it done by Christmas Eve. I have attached some photos, let me know if you have anymore questions. . - Due date: Before Friday, 24th Dec 2021
