Our bathroom door has been locked. Luckily no one was inside. Now we can't open it. Yes, we tried to poke the unlocking hole at the bottom which did release the handle but the door remains shut despite handle release. We need someone who has knowledge of such matters and have installed doors/handles before. The door may need to be shaken to unlock safety release from the hinges inside but I don't know how to do that from outside. The door handle used is Gainsborough G4 series, likely Lianna range (https://www.gainsboroughhardware.com.au/en/products/115LIA.html). We need someone to come in either today or tomorrow to get this resolved for us. This would include unlocking door, trying to fix door handle but if it doesn't then purchasing a replacement door handle (Bunnings is 5 mins drive from our place) for which we will reimburse the cost on top of your fee and installing new door handle to make the door functional again. Please only message if you have experience in handling such a matter. Thanks for your assistance.
