Need to move a single loft bed frame from haberfield to Hurstville

I need help getting things down from my attic. I will pass boxes down a ladder, you just need to take them from me on the ladder and put them down. Then move boxes to other end of house or outside to go in bin. No stairs. Should take approx 1 to 1.5 hours.
