Hi, My MacBook Air suddenly turned off. I turned it back on and accidentally pressed guest instead of administrator and it showed a blank screen with a circle with a line through it. And now it’s showing a world symbol. I can’t figure the rest out and I need someone technically minded to get my laptop running back to normal. Also, my laptop isn’t backed up. Prior to this, a yellow pop up kept saying low disk storage space and another pop up kept coming up regarding signing into my Apple ID. I have a 2017 MacBook Pro model a1708. One of the port doesn’t work at all while the other one works only when you insert the charging through one direction(weird). There’s heating issue as well, so some fan cleaning is required as well.
