Fix Mac book pro - won’t turn on so need diagnosis

I have a macbook air (i think 2013ish) that we bought new but around six months ago it just turned off and let out three beeps. I've turned it off but when it turns back on the screen remains black and just repeats the three beeps. I can send through a video if helpful. Located Tanawha. I haven't thought much of it but am in need of a laptop again for my daughter and hoping this one may be repairable. I'm happy to drop off and pick up for repair.
