Hello! We currently have a mystery shop opportunity at a pilates studio. You don't need to have prior mystery shopping experience, all we ask is that you watch a quick training video that will walk you through what to look out for during the mystery shop. By the deadline identified in this Project Brief you will: • Complete the mystery shop in accordance with the Project Brief and • Submit an online mystery shopping report (Project Report) including any supporting material required (receipts, photos, screen shots) as required by the Project Brief and outlined in the Training Video. PROJECT BRIEF: 1. Make an online booking for a beginner package 2. Attend your first class and assess the experience. You will submit this first part of your report within 2 hours of attending your first class. 3. Wait to see if a person from the studio calls you within 2 days. Once they’ve called you or the 2 days have passed, submit your report. In your mystery shopping report, you will be assessing the service that you receive. Budget for this task is $40 inclusive or Airtasker fees + reimbursement for your package. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions below, we can't name the exact location publicly but please mention whether you are a current member of any pilates studios in your offer so we can check for conflicts of interest. Please note: Once you are assigned to the task, you will receive a welcome message containing the training video and knowledge check. Upon completion, you will need to email the community team to confirm that you have finished the training. From that point onward, all correspondence regarding the organization of your mystery shop will be handled by the designated team. However, any questions, queries, or extension requests should continue to be directed to the community team. Training needs to be completed between 48 hours after being assigned. We are looking for a mystery shopper to conduct an audit in 1 store provided by us (see photo attached) for this weeks. IMPORTANT: visit needs to be before 18/9. Once you arrive at the store, you are required to play the role of an existing Telstra customer experiencing financial difficulties. We estimate it will take you 10 minutes per store to complete the task. Make sure you read the guidelines before entering the venue.
