We have an opportunity for you to mystery shop a Pilates Studio and provide feedback on your experience. No prior experience is necessary; we only ask that you watch a brief training video to understand what to observe during your visit. What’s required? Book a trial pack and attend Pilates class. In your mystery shopping report, you will evaluate the overall experience, including the service you receive and the quality of the class. After your class, you will be required to submit an online survey telling us about your experience. You will be reimbursed for your class cost. The specific location of the studio cannot be publicly disclosed for privacy reasons. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. Please also mention if you are currently a member of any Pilates studios or gyms to avoid conflicts of interest. All of our mystery shops include a quick training video and knowledge check that will guide you through the requirements of the task. The training is just preparation and not part of the task itself. If the task is canceled for any reason, payment cannot be made for just the training if the task itself has not started. Training must be completed within 48 hours of assignment. You cannot complete the shop until the training is done and the confirmation email is sent.
