We are looking to survey all of the trams in Melbourne that have advertising on them. We need to collect a photo of each tram, the name of the brand advertising on it, and the tram number, and have this information put into a spreadsheet. The best way to complete this task will be to go to the CBD and to sit at the tram stops on Flinders/Swanston, Collins/Swanston, Bourke/Swanston, La Trobe/Swanston, Flinders/Elizabeth, and Flinders/William. You should be able to get a photo of every tram by spending 30 minutes at each stop, so this part of the task should take 3 hours. Once you've got all of the photos, we just need them put into a spreadsheet along with the other information requested, which should take about 45 minutes.

Description: I’m looking for a Mystery Shopper to perform a review on the service and experience they receive as a customer in a shop in Melbourne Central. The shop sells women's clothing. There will be a detailed 2 page form that requires you to fill out a few notes on the interaction and level of service. The form will be various questions about the Mystery shop and a rating system you tick off. The entire process should take approx 60 minutes or so, including the time it takes to fill out the form.
