You don't need to have prior mystery shopping experience, all we ask is that you watch a quick training video that will walk you through what to look out for during the mystery shop. The training takes less than 15 minutes to complete. By the deadline identified in this Project Brief you will: *You will need to go to the club location between the hours of 9am - 5pm (avoiding lunch hours), Monday - Thursday. You need to arrive without an appointment and let the staff know you’re interested in potentially joining and you’d like to look around the facilitates *Complete the mystery shop in accordance with the Project Brief (provided by email) *Submit an online mystery shopping report (Project Report) including any supporting material required (receipts, photos, screen shots) as required by the Project Brief and outlined in the Training Video. There is a mobile phone shop in Chermside park Westfield called “Phone Adore” who are selling cheap brand new iPhones. I’m in Melbourne so they offered to post it down but won’t do PayPal so I’m concerned they maybe don’t exist. Ideally not spending anymore than 30 minutes in the store to avoid taking time away from actual customers. Things to note about the task: -You will be emailed the report along with clear guidance, it’s important the guide is read in full before you enter the store so the visit is a success. -You will be required to provide a picture of yourself in the garments to verify your visit, which is also listed on the form. The time frame you outline must match the entry time recorded on the store cameras. -The report must be returned back typed and neat as it’s used for training purposes. -The report needs to be returned the same day while the visit is fresh in your mind please.
