Hi there! We currently have a mystery shop opening for a retail store in Indooroopilly. You will need to go to this retail store between 9 am - 4 pm on a Monday - Friday and enquire about some products for your upcoming kitchen renovation. You will let the staff lead the conversation, and give them every possible opportunity serve you well. You do not need to make a purchase. You will then fill out your online mystery shopping report as soon as you can after leaving the store, you can then 'save and resume' your report and then finish the report once follow up has been received In your mystery shopping report, you will be assessing the service that you receive in the store and if they follow you up shortly afterwards. Please note all of our mystery shops involve a quick training video and knowledge check that will run you through the requirements of the task.
