You will need to go to this retail store between 9 am - 4 pm on a Monday - Friday and enquire about some products for your upcoming kitchen renovation. You will let the staff lead the conversation, and give them every possible opportunity to serve you well. You do not need to make a purchase. You will then fill out your online mystery shopping report as soon as you can after leaving the store, you can then 'save and resume' your report and then finish the report once follow up has been received within 24 hours.
