You don't need to have prior mystery shopping experience, all we ask is that you watch a quick training video that will walk you through what to look out for during the mystery shop. The training takes less than 15 minutes to complete. By the deadline identified in this Project Brief you will: *You will need to go to the club location between the hours of 9am - 5pm (avoiding lunch hours), Monday - Thursday. You need to arrive without an appointment and let the staff know you’re interested in potentially joining and you’d like to look around the facilitates *Complete the mystery shop in accordance with the Project Brief (provided by email) *Submit an online mystery shopping report (Project Report) including any supporting material required (receipts, photos, screen shots) as required by the Project Brief and outlined in the Training Video. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions below, we can't name the exact location publicly but please mention whether you are a current member of any gyms in your area so we can check for conflicts of interest. Please note all of our mystery shops involve a quick training video and knowledge check that will run you through the requirements of the task. Please note that this training is just preparation for the task and is not part of the task itself. If this task needs to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances we will not be able to release payment for just the training without the task itself being completed. Training needs to be completed between 48 hours after being assigned. Please note: if there is no correspondence within a 48 hour period, you will be cancelled off the task. I need someone to check if a venue is selling the specified snacks/entrees on the menu. The venue is located in Aspley. Take pictures of the entrance and menu and order the snacks if they are present. (You will be paid for this visit and reimbursed for the purchase of the chosen snack, you will be required to submit the purchase receipt as well) You can complete this ANYTIME before the due date.   We need to confirm if certain venues are selling these snacks. The format of this task is an undercover shopper. You will need to take a number of pictures (very discreetly) and answer some simple questions about the venue's surroundings and the menu.    The pictures need to be clear and consistent with the information requested, as we need quality information. If you are close to the location, this will take you 15 minutes to complete and you will have the possibility of grabbing a free meal.   Message me for details.

This mystery shop will involve completing a 60-minutes Floatation therapy session, so please only apply for this shop if this is something you are interested in and comfortable with. For this you would be purchasing 1 x Floatation Therapy session for $89 (we would reimburse you the full $89) and you will be paid $30 for completing a valid mystery shopping report. You will call the centre and ask about how they clean the float tanks, book an appointment online and arrive at the centre. While at the centre, you will assess the service you receive before and after your Float therapy session, the presentation of the centre and the Floatation experience. You would then be reporting back on your experience as a first-time visitor. You will need to book 2 days in advance for a session between Monday - Friday This is a great opportunity to get a free Floatation Therapy session - and if you haven't tried it before, it's an opportunity to give it a go.
