We currently have a mystery shop opening for a fitness centre You don't need to have prior mystery shopping experience, all we ask is that you watch a quick training video that will walk you through what to look out for during the mystery shop. By the deadline identified in this Project Brief you will: • Complete the mystery shop in accordance with the Project Brief; and • Submit an online mystery shopping report (Project Report) including any supporting material required (receipts, photos, screen shots) as required by the Project Brief and outlined in the Training Video. PROJECT BRIEF: You will need to go to the club location between the hours of 9am - 5pm (avoiding lunch hours), Monday - Thursday.need to book a class 2-days in advance and assess the follow up after the class.
