No prior experience is necessary; we only ask that you watch a brief training video to understand what to observe during your visit. Description: I’m looking for a Mystery Shopper to perform a review on the service and experience they receive as a customer in a shop in Melbourne Central. The shop sells women's clothing. There will be a detailed 2 page form that requires you to fill out a few notes on the interaction and level of service. The form will be various questions about the Mystery shop and a rating system you tick off. The entire process should take approx 60 minutes or so, including the time it takes to fill out the form. Ideally not spending anymore than 30 minutes in the store to avoid taking time away from actual customers. Things to note about the task: -You will be emailed the report along with clear guidance, it’s important the guide is read in full before you enter the store so the visit is a success. -You will be required to provide a picture of yourself in the garments to verify your visit, which is also listed on the form. The time frame you outline must match the entry time recorded on the store cameras. -The report must be returned back typed and neat as it’s used for training purposes. -The report needs to be returned the same day while the visit is fresh in your mind please. You don't need to have prior mystery shopping experience, all we ask is that you watch a quick training video that will walk you through what to look out for during the mystery shop. By the deadline identified in this Project Brief you will: • Complete the mystery shop in accordance with the Project Brief; and • Submit an online mystery shopping report (Project Report) including any supporting material required (receipts, photos, screen shots) as required by the Project Brief and outlined in the Training Video. PROJECT BRIEF: You will need to go to the club location between the hours of 9am - 5pm (avoiding lunch hours) Monday - Friday. You need to arrive without an appointment and let the staff know you’re interested in potentially joining and you’d like to look around the facilitates. In your mystery shopping report, you will be assessing the service that you receive over the phone, in the club and any follow-up you receive. Budget for this task is $60 inclusive or Airtasker fees.
