This is a mystery shopping task, so you will need to play the role of a carer looking for recommendations. 📌 TASK REQUIREMENTS Visit the assigned pharmacy. Ask the pharmacist or staff about infant formula brands recommended for infants with reflux issues. Specifically, inquire about the benefits of Aptamil Reflux and Novolac Reflux formulas. Take clear, readable photos of your handwritten or typed notes from the interaction. 📌 IMPORTANT NOTES This is a mystery shopping task; do not reveal you are completing a survey. Hello! We currently have a mystery shop opening for a gym! You don't need to have prior mystery shopping experience, all we ask is that you watch a quick training video that will walk you through what to look out for during the mystery shop. The training takes less than 15 minutes to complete. By the deadline identified in this Project Brief you will: *You will need to go to the club location between the hours of 9am - 5pm (avoiding lunch hours), Monday - Thursday. You need to arrive without an appointment and let the staff know you’re interested in potentially joining and you’d like to look around the facilitates *Complete the mystery shop in accordance with the Project Brief (provided by email) *Submit an online mystery shopping report (Project Report) including any supporting material required (receipts, photos, screen shots) as required by the Project Brief and outlined in the Training Video. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions below, we can't name the exact location publicly but please mention whether you are a current member of any gyms in your area so we can check for conflicts of interest. Please note all of our mystery shops involve a quick training video and knowledge check that will run you through the requirements of the task.
