No prior experience is necessary; we only ask that you watch a brief training video to understand what to observe during your visit. What’s required? Book a package and attend Pilates class. In your mystery shopping report, you will evaluate the overall experience, including the service you receive and the quality of the class. After your class, you will be required to submit an online survey telling us about your experience. You will be reimbursed for your class cost.
