You don't need to have prior mystery shopping experience, all we ask is that you watch a quick training video that will walk you through what to look out for during the mystery shop. The training takes less than 15 minutes to complete. By the deadline identified in this Project Brief you will: • Complete the mystery shop in accordance with the Project Brief; and • Submit an online mystery shopping report (Project Report) including any supporting material required (receipts, photos, screen shots) as required by the Project Brief and outlined in the Training Video. The format of this activity is Mystery Shopping.
