The format of this activity is Mystery Shopping. Hello! We currently have a mystery shop opening for a reformer pilates studio! You don't need to have prior mystery shopping experience, all we ask is that you watch a quick training video that will walk you through what to look out for during the mystery shop. By the deadline identified in this Project Brief you will: • Complete the mystery shop in accordance with the Project Brief; and • Submit an online mystery shopping report (Project Report) including any supporting material required (receipts, photos, screen shots) as required by the Project Brief and outlined in the Training Video. PROJECT BRIEF: You will need to purchase a x5 class pack (we will reimburse you this) and attend a reformer pilates class in which you will assess the experience you had during. You will need to book a class between 23rd - 27th August Fill up the report on what you observed and experience then you would need to wait 6 days or after 3 classes to see if you get a follow up, and then submit the report! You will only need to assess one class, and you will get the other 4 for free! Budget for this task is $40 inclusive or Airtasker fees. We will reimburse you the cost of the x5 class pack. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions below, we can't name the exact location publicly but please mention whether you are a current member of any gyms in your offer so we can check for conflicts of interest. Please note all of our mystery shops involve a quick training video and knowledge check that will run you through the requirements of the task.
