They are very plain and easy and all are measured out so simple to follow. The weekly prep will include: 6 x serves of cottage pie (as per recipe I will provide) Chopped watermelon for snacking Diced chicken breast for snacking 7 x serves of oats, protein powder and frozen fruit Oats for snacking I will order the food needed to your local grocery store and provide containers (2 sets to rotate each week).
