Hi, Im hoping someone can cook healthy low calorie meals aimed at losing weight and do meal prep for 3-4 days for 2 people. (Total 8 meals) I would want someone to plan the meals and let me know grocery items so I could get those beforehand.

This post is for some ongoing support with meal prep, laundry and school lunches 2-3 times a week, while my wife is recovering from cancer. Hi! I used to love cooking and trying new recipes and cuisines. While I love healthy and tasty food, mostly meat and vegetables, I no don't get the joy from cooking that I once did. I am looking for someone to help prepare meals once a month. I will provide all the ingredients, equipment, and recipes. By recipes I mean the idea of the dish, rather than a script to follow. Some meals to be prepared might include: - beef ragu - lamb ragu - beef bolognese - lamb curry - spinach in tomato (think onion, tomato paste/biber in chicken broth, with thick and densely cooked spinach) - cauliflower in tomato (as above, but cauliflower) - cauliflower gratin - roasted pumpkin - soup This an idea of some of the dishes. After large quantities, because I will then portion the meals, freeze them, vacuum seal them, and label them. Other tasks include: - cutting up papaya - washing up (yes, boring) Equipment provided: - oven - induction cooktop - cookware - wusthof knives (need a sharpen, but i have a sharpening steel) - magimix - all gadgets Location - Surry Hills, 5 minute walk from Central When Flexible with days or time. Once a month. Cooking during the day is preferable because otherwise the lighting in the kitchen sucks.
