Meals should include: • Chicken (baked, grilled, etc.) • Potatoes, sweet potatoes, or quinoa • Vegetables (can be air-fried or cooked your way) Details: • You can come up with your own simple recipes—no fancy ingredients needed. • Moderate use of olive oil for cooking. • I will provide all food items, ingredients, and cooking equipment. • Equipment available: oven, cooktop with 4 burners, and two air fryers. Two busy professionals are looking for someone to come in once a week to meal prep 5 dishes with 20 servings in total. The meals need to be gluten free (celiac), high in protein, have a macronutrient estimate and tasty.

I can shop for ingredients, just need a list. I had in mind, healthy cooked meals lunch and dinner + some sort of healthy cold but high protein breakfast ideas (e.g protein powder chia pudding) for 3 days. Then prepped ingredients for 3 days for lunch/dinner only that I can easily just pop in the oven/airfryer/pan etc so that everything stays fresh for a week. My kitchen probably needs a de-cluttering and tossing old things / buying new things. So any help there is appreciated. p.s.
