The guys were fantastic and are clearly experts in what they do. Extremely thorough and were able to advise myself as the potential buyer and the seller. They were straight to the point and didn't tip toe around the issues they had found. I can't recommend them enough to others and I'm so glad I chose them to do my pre purchase inspection because they helped me avoid buying a lemon!
